Safety

Baking involves heat, sharp tools, and allergens. Follow food-safety basics: keep hot things hot, wash hands and surfaces, and take allergen warnings seriously. Use your judgment; we are not responsible for kitchen mishaps.

Content

We aim for accuracy, but ovens vary and baking is part science, part feel. If a formula behaves unexpectedly, trust your senses over the page.
